(A) Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 52.001 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.

(B) Any person, firm, corporation, or partnership violating the provisions of § 52.002 shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each offense.

(C) Anyone violating the provisions of § 52.003 shall be fined in an amount not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five dollars ($5.00) for each offense.

(D) Any parent, guardian, or person having legal custody, allowing a minor to violate the provisions of § 52.100 (B)(1) shall be subject to a fine of no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for a period not to exceed six (6) months or both.
(E) (1) Any person or persons violating the provisions of Article III, excluding peace officers and those otherwise permitted by other applicable law, may be denied entrance to the building or ordered to leave the building.
(2) In addition, any person violating this Article III, excluding peace officers and those otherwise permitted by other applicable law, shall be guilty of a Class A Misdemeanor.
(3) Any employee of the city government or of any elected official of the city, excluding peace officers and those otherwise excluded by applicable law, who violate this Article shall be subject to employee disciplinary measures.
