(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or partnership to wash cars or other vehicles on the streets of the city in such a manner as to permit the water therefrom to wash over the streets or sidewalks of the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, or corporation to permit water from their property to wash, or run over any of the streets or sidewalks of the city.
