Pursuant to the authority of KRS Chapter 237, the city does hereby prohibit the carrying of concealed weapons into and on the grounds of all buildings and property, other than roadways, owned, leased, or controlled by the government of this city. The provisions of this article as enacted under KRS Chapter 237, shall not be deemed to be a violation of KRS 65.870.
