(A) It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator to park or leave standing, any motor vehicle or other vehicle in any of the following locations for a period of time exceeding two (2) hours during the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily with exception of Sundays and national holidays.
