§ 33.008   OBJECTIONS TO DECISION OF SUPERINTENDENT
   Any applicant wishing to protest the decision of the Superintendent shall file a written objection with the City Council, stating the reasons for the protest. The City Council shall hear the protest at its next regular meeting, or at such other meeting as it may establish. After a hearing, the City Council shall issue its determination.
