Pursuant to KRS 83A.060, there is hereby established the City of Grayson 1997 Personnel Policy as the same is set forth and made a part of the permanent record of the city. The 1997 Personnel Manual, together with any amendments thereto, is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth in this code of ordinances.
