§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of the state codes adopted in § 150.01 shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   Violators of the State Building Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $1,000 for each offense.

      (2)   Violators of the State Standards of Safety shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $1,000, imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense.

      (3)   Violators of the State Plumbing Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense.

   (B)   Any person or entity who violates this ordinance or any order of the Code Enforcement Officer or any condition imposed pursuant to §§ 150.20 through 150.26 shall be fined not less than $50 but not more than $500 for each violation. Penalties are payable to the city.
