Expenses related to the purchase of any alcohol or alcoholic beverage are specifically excluded from reimbursement. As such, no reimbursement shall be approved for any amount of expenses incurred in relation to the purchase of any alcohol or alcoholic beverage. (Ord. O-2-17-1, 2-20-2017)
