(A) Restricted Areas: No person shall park any vehicle on any of the following streets, between the hours of two thirty o'clock (2:30) A.M. and five thirty o'clock (5:30) A.M. on any day, except physicians on emergency calls or persons who reside immediately adjacent thereto:
South Main Street from Dixie Highway to Taylor Street.
