It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any recreational vehicle in the following unsafe or harassing ways:
(A) At a rate of speed greater than reasonable or proper under all the surrounding circumstances;
(B) In a careless, reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger the person or property of another or to cause injury or damage thereto;
(C) While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotics or habit forming drugs;
(D) Without a lighted head and tail light when required for safety;
(E) In any park or other public area in a manner which will destroy trees, shrubs, flowers or other plantings or property.
Any person violating any provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1975 Code; amd. per correspondence dated 4-4-1996)
