For the purpose of regulating and controlling traffic within the village, there is hereby adopted by reference the provisions of the Illinois vehicle code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 et seq., in its entirety, as heretofore enacted or hereafter amended, and the same are hereby adopted as ordinance provisions of the village.
