7-3-10: INJURE, REMOVE SEWERAGE EQUIPMENT:

Any person who shall, within the Village, break, deface, injure or remove any cap or coping stone or grate belonging to any catch basin, manhole, vent, inlet or intake of any sewer belonging to the Village, or who shall, in any manner, injure the mouth of such drain or sewer, shall for each offense be subject to a fine specified in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1974 Code § 12.5.2; amd. 1975 Code)
