7-1-8: PENALTY:
Any person found in violation of any section of this chapter shall pay a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by a sentence of confinement in the village or county jail not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, unless otherwise provided. (1974 Code § 13.1.14; amd. 1975 Code)
