7-1-6: SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL:
Every owner or occupant of any building or lessee of any enclosed lot or premises and every person having charge or control of any church, hall or public building shall, during the winter months, whenever there is a fall of snow, and then by ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. on each day thereafter, clear the sidewalk in front of the property named above from snow and ice and keep the same reasonably free of the same, or shall in case the snow and ice are so congealed as to cause difficulty to removal or injury to the sidewalk, see that a covering of ice melting salt is spread thereover making the sidewalk as safe as possible for use.
