6-3-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful to use or permit the use in the Village of any motor vehicle for the carrying or storage of waste matter removed from any cesspool, private sewage disposal plant, septic tank or outhouse unless a license for such vehicle is first secured, under the license laws of the State of Illinois. (R.O. 1974, Sec. 6.3.1)
