The Village Board is hereby authorized and directed to call for bids for the collection and disposal of garbage, rubbish and trade waste in accordance with the specifications and forms of the contract. The Village Board is authorized to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder or to reject any or all bids, and to execute the same for the Village. (1974 Code § 6.7.14; amd. 1975 Code)
