SPECIAL ORDINANCES
6-2-4: BURNING:
   (A)   Permissible Burning:
Fireplaces.
Recreational wood burners.
Residential campfires.
Wood burning stoves.
   (B)   Prohibited: It shall be found unlawful to burn any garbage or refuse or to burn any other combustible materials of any source or nature within the Village limits at any time. Burning of leaves, grass and compost is prohibited. No person shall burn any leaves, grass or compost within the Village at any time. (Ord. 11-04-04-1, 4-4-2011)
   (C)   Penalty: Any person who violates this section shall be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 11-04-04-1, 4-4-2011; amd. Ord. 11-11-07-1, 11-7-2011)
