5-7-8: PENALTY:
Any violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any one offense and upon conviction, any weapon seized shall be confiscated by the village. (Ord. 02-04-15-1, 4-15-2002, eff. 4-15-2002)
