Any person convicted of violating sections 5-1-14 and 5-1-16 through and including 5-1-29 of this chapter shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for any one offense. In addition to any fines, any person convicted of a violation of sections 5-1-14 and 5-1-16 through and including 5-1-29 of this chapter may be incarcerated in the Kankakee County Jail for a period not to exceed three hundred sixty four (364) days.
