5-1-26: OBSCENITY; AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE:
It shall be an affirmative defense to charge under sections 5-1-24 and 5-1-25 of this chapter that the dissemination:
   (A)   Was not for sale or gain, and was made only to personal associates other than children under eighteen (18) years of age; or
   (B)   Was to institutions or individuals having scientific or other special education purpose for possession of such material. (Ord. 06-19-06-8, 6-19-2006)
