5-1-21: PANDERING:
Any person who performs any of the following acts for money commits pandering:
   (A)   Compels a female to become a prostitute; or
   (B)   Arranges or offers to arrange a situation in which a female may commit prostitution. (Ord. 06-19-06-8, 6-19-2006)
