5-1-17: PROSTITUTION DEFINED:
Any person who performs or offers or agrees to perform any of the following acts for money commits an act of prostitution:
   (A)   Any act of sexual intercourse; or
   (B)   Any act of deviate sexual conduct, meaning any act of sexual gratification involving the sex organs of one person and the mouth or anus of another. (Ord. 06-19-06-8, 6-19-2006)
