(A) That no person shall rollerskate or ride a skateboard upon the sidewalk and/or street located in the 100 block of West Taylor Street, the 100 block of South Main Street and the 100 block of North Main Street. That within this area, bicycles shall be allowed to be operated only upon the street. (Ord. 97-10-6, 6-10-1997)
