(A) No person shall disturb the peace of the village, or any private party or any person therein by any act done in such unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace. (Ord., 8-15-1977)
(B) No person shall, within the village, challenge another to a fight, or shall threaten or traduce another, or shall use any profane, obscene or offensive language, or indulge in any conduct toward another tending to provoke a disturbance or breach of the peace. (Ord., 9-19-1994)
Any person violating any provisions of this section shall be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord., 9-19-1994; amd. Ord. 11-11-07-1, 11-7-2011)
