4-11-8: CONTINUANCES:

No continuances shall be authorized by the Hearing Officer unless it is absolutely necessary to protect the rights of the owner. Lack of preparation shall not be grounds for a continuance. Any continuance authorized by the Hearing Officer shall not exceed twenty five (25) days. (Ord. O-11-17-1, 11-20-2017)
