4-11-6: DEFAULT:

In the event an owner or his/her attorney fails to appear at a hearing, the Hearing Officer shall find the owner in default and proceed with the hearing and accept evidence relevant to the existence of a Building Code violation. (Ord. O-11-17-1, 11-20-2017)
