4-3-13: NEIGHBORHOOD DRAINAGE PLANNING/SUBDIVISION PLATS:
Before approval of the final plat, the developer shall submit to the village plan commission for their approval, a neighborhood drainage plan, showing, but not limited to, the following:
   (A)   Existing elevations prior to any improvement at all proposed lot corners.
   (B)   Proposed elevations at all proposed lot corners indicating an adequate front, rear and side yard surface drainage scheme, following improvements.
   (C)   Proposed first floor elevation of all structures.
   (D)   Proposed storm sewers with their sizes, slopes, number and type of inlets, etc.
   (E)   Stormwater storage facilities accompanied by design calculations and design details for all of the above. Before occupancy permit can be granted, all first floor elevations and lot surface elevations shall coincide with approved proposed elevations previously submitted above. (Ord. O-4-16-8, 5-2-2016)
