1-5-10: RELEASE PRISONERS:
The President may for good and sufficient reasons release any person imprisoned for violation of any provision of this Village Code. The President shall cause a proper record thereof to be made and shall report such release with the cause therefor to the Board of Trustees at its first session thereafter.
