The President shall sign all commissions, licenses, permits and warrants granted, issued or ordered by the Board of Trustees or authorized by the ordinances of the Village, except for permits provided to be issued by or under the signature of the Health Officer or other proper officer, and may revoke any such licenses for the causes hereinafter provided.
