1-5-2: BOND:

The President of the Village shall before he/she enters upon the duties of his/her office execute a bond to the Village in the penal sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) with sureties to be approved by the Board of Trustees, conditioned as prescribed by law. (Ord., 9-19-94)
