§ 134.07 FLIGHT FROM AN OFFICER.
   A person commits the offense of flight from an officer, if:
   (A)   He or she is the operator of a vehicle and refuses to stop his or her vehicle as soon as is safely possible, when signaled to do so by a law enforcement officer; or, upon stopping his or her vehicle at the signal of a law enforcement officer, abandons the vehicle and leaves or attempts to leave the immediate area without the permission of the law enforcement officer; or
   (B)   He or she is a passenger in a vehicle and abandons the vehicle after a law enforcement officer has signaled the vehicle to stop or after the vehicle has stopped leave the immediate area without the permission of the law enforcement officer; or
   (C)   He or she is a pedestrian and leaves, or attempts to leave, the immediate area after being directed by a law enforcement officer to stop or to remain in the area for a reasonable length of time.
