§ 130.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this title shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99 of this Code. Each days continuation of any such violation shall be a separate offense.
