§ 71.05 RECKLESS DRIVING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle within the corporate limits of the town in a careless, negligent or reckless manner without regard for the safety of persons, property or the lawful use of the streets; such person shall be guilty of reckless driving.
