§ 70.999 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this title, performs any unlawful act as defined in this title or fails to perform any act required in this title shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99 of this code; each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
