§ 70.006 OBEDIENCE TO PROVISIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to authorize or knowingly to permit any vehicle registered in his, her or its name to be driven or be parked in violation of any provision of this title.
   (B)   The parent or guardian of any child or ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this title.
