§ 98.077 SWIMMING/WATERS EDGE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to move, place or throw sand, mud, rocks, park property of any kind including but not limited to picnic tables, or any dangerous objects on the river shoreline or in the water.

(B) As per public health rules, glass containers will not be allowed on the water's edge.
