§ 98.061 DISTURBANCE OF WILDLIFE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Kill, trap, hunt, remove, harass, annoy, pursue, or in any manner disturb or cause to be disturbed, any species of wildlife;
   (B)   Release or abandon any animal within a park without approval from the City Manager.
