It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(A) Intentionally remove, alter, injure or destroy any tree, other plant, rock, soil or mineral;
(B) Dig trenches, holes, or other excavations in a park without a permit; or
(C) Introduce any plant or other agent within a park without authorization from the Public Works Director, City Manager, or Park Manager.
(D) Intentionally have fires in anything besides designated fire rings, contained grills, or a rock fire area specifically approved or made for fires by the city.
