§ 98.016 USER FEES AND FAILURE TO PAY.
   (A)   Park fees are set time to time by the City Council. Fee information can be found by contacting City Hall. It shall be unlawful for any person to use, without payment, any facility or area for which a user fee is charged.
   (B)   Persons wishing to use the parks for an event must contact the City Clerk.
   (C)   Shelter event use must be reserved by contacting the City Clerk.
