§ 155.39 SETBACK FROM HIGHWAYS.
   In addition to requirements contained elsewhere in this chapter, all buildings and structures, however used, shall be set back at least 50 feet from the centerline of adjacent highways and that portion of C.S.A.H. 5 located north of the Twin Cities and Western Railroad Line.
