(A) The rate schedule indicates rates per fire call or per incident (incident of fire service) unless otherwise noted, and is effective as of the date of adoption of this chapter, and is subject to modification from time to time by resolution duly authorized and passed by the City Council pursuant to Charter and city code, the most recent resolution to be kept on file at the office of the City Clerk for inspection by the public during normal business hours. The rate schedule in effect as of the time of the providing of service as defined hereinabove shall control.
