§ 31.01 CITY MANAGER; DEPARTMENT HEADS.
   (A)   City Manager. The City Manager shall, upon request of the Mayor or the Council, furnish reports of the general administration, inventory, progress and details of the operation of any department or office.
   (B)   Department heads. The heads of departments and city officials shall make reports as are required of them by the Council, the laws of the state, the City Charter and the city code.
