§ 91.18 ANIMALS IN HEAT.

Except for controlled breeding purposes, every female animal in heat shall be kept confined in a building or secure enclosure, or in a veterinary hospital or boarding kennel, in a manner so that the female animal cannot come in contact with other animals.
