4-6-7: DUTIES OF CITY ATTORNEY:
The City Attorney shall:
   A.   Prosecute all persons failing to comply with the terms of the notices provided for herein in subsections 4-6-4F and G and the order provided in subsection 4-6-5D of this Chapter.
   B.   Appear at all hearings before the Mayor and City Council in regard to dangerous buildings.
   C.   Bring suit to collect all municipal liens, assessments, or costs incurred by the Mayor and City Council in repairing or causing to be vacated or demolished dangerous buildings.
   D.   Take such other legal action as is necessary to carry out the terms and provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 412, 7-8-1970)
