Said Board of Health or any member or members delegated therefrom, shall have power to examine private premises as well as public in the interests of the health of the City, and, if deemed by said Board necessary to cause any and all premises, buildings or other place or places, to be cleaned or disinfected or both, and to adopt and enforce rules and regulations of a sanitary character that the said Board may deem necessary, and they shall have such power and authority as is delegated by the laws of the State of Idaho to the boards of health of like degree.
