The Commission shall hold one regular meeting each month for not less than nine (9) months in each year. A majority of the appointive members of the Commission shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at any meeting. All meetings shall be open to the public. A written record of its meetings, resolutions, findings, and determinations shall be kept, which shall be a public record.
The Commission may require the attendance at any meeting of such other City officials as it may deem necessary. (Ord. 407, 11-3-1969)
