Portions of the U.S. Highway 95 corridor are within the city of Grangeville and this chapter shall be effective to regulate billboards within the city, upon its passage, approval and publication.
As to any portion of the U.S. Highway 95 corridor outside the city of Grangeville, but within the area of city impact, this chapter shall only be effective upon the joint approval of the ordinance by the Idaho County commission. (Ord. 722, 2-7-2000)
