A. Prior to the installation of any electrical or communication facilities, the installer must submit plans describing the facilities to be installed and the location of the installation to the City of Grangeville Public Works Director. Once said plans are approved, the Public Works Director will issue a permit authorizing the installation of the facilities to proceed.
B. No facilities shall be installed without the prior approval of the Public Works Director. (Ord. 938, 10-7-2019)
