No aerial, antenna, or similar device or similar structure may be erected to exceed by more than twenty five feet (25') the height limits of the zone in which it is located. Aerials or antennas designed to aid in home radio, television, commercial radio reception, or any other communication towers may be erected to a height not to exceed sixty feet (60') from the ground level.
