Any violation of this chapter shall constitute an infraction and be punishable by a penalty as established in the master fee schedule for each conviction of that infraction hereunder. (Ord. 832, 9-4-2007; amd. Ord. 925, 10-1-2018)
The registered owner of a vehicle, or the person claiming responsibility for a vehicle, parked in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered prima facie evidence of the intent to commit a violation of this chapter.
Vehicles parked in violation of this chapter may be towed pursuant to provisions of State law or local ordinance. The registered owner of record is liable for the costs incurred in the removal, storage and disposition of the vehicle. (Ord. 832, 9-4-2007)
